• Message frequency varies based on incident activity. Messages are transactional and related to active incidents or support requests only.
• Message and data rates may apply. Dry Ground AI is not responsible for carrier fees.
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS is not required to use any Dry Ground AI service. Opting out of SMS will not affect your access to our platform or support.

8. Limitation of Liability
